Laws and theorems!!

Have you ever had one of those moments in life when you think somethings are jinxed? It kind of reminds me of my physics classes in high school when newton's laws of motions and other theorems were being drummed into our heads. well for those of you who were lucky enough to escape the rigors of high school physics, Newtons first law of motion states that an object is at it's state of rest, or in in uniform velocity, unless compelled by an external force to act otherwise. The second law states that the  relationship between an objects mass m, it's acceleration a and the applied force F is F=m. The third law states that for every action, there is an equal and opposite reaction. Please bear in mind that my intention here is not to subject you to some boring lessons in physics, but just the realization that some things in life are constant. certain things happen for reasons we cant explain. I've had so many experience of certain things happening, that can either have you laughing like mad, or screaming out in frustration. I'm sure some of you have also. It seems that there are other constant things in life that happen that do not really have explanations as to why they occurred. After going going through them over some bottles of beer, my friend and i back home decided that there were some realistic laws that the great Physicist, Sir Isaac Newton forgot to state, or simply didn't know about. Here are just a few:

Law of the Queue: If u change queues, the one you just left will start to move faster than the one you are presently in. (high ways, shopping malls and coffee shops can attest to that)

Law of Telephone: When you dial a wrong number, you never get an engaged one.

Law of Mechanical repair: After your hands become coated with grease, your nose starts to itch.

Law of the workshop: Any tool, when dropped, will roll to the least accessible corner.

Law of the Alibi: If you tell the boss you were late for work because you had a flat tire, the next morning you will have a flat tire.

Bath Theorem: When the body is immersed in water, the telephone/doorbell rings.

Law of encounters: The probability of meeting someone you know increases when you are with someone that you don't want to be seen with.

Law of the Result: When you try to prove to someone that a machine or something won't work, it will!

Law of Bio-mechanics: The severity of the itch is inversely proportional to the reach.

Theater Rule: People with seats furthest from the aisle always arrive last.

There are other ones out there. Have they been scientifically proved? Who cares ? They may not be as constant as Newtons laws and theorems, but they sure do happen. I'm sure you must have have experienced at least one of these laws come into play. I know i have. Let me know below which of the laws or theorems you can relate to. Have a fabulous time peeps!
Cheers
Zukky.
